BAD SERVICE
I'M CALLING THE CALL CENTRE FOR THE 10 TH TIME NO. THEY PUT ME THROUGH DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT. EVERYTIME IT'S THE WRONG DEPARTMENT. THEN I MUST HOLD WHILE THEY DISCUSS MY MATTER WITH THEIR TEAM LEADER. IT'S NO 1 HOUR LATER AND STILL I'M PHONING AND HOLDING. ITS PETHETIC BAD WORST SERVICE EVER.BAD BAD BAD BAD
