Approved for a bluebean card but no Call back?????

I app**** for a bluebean card on the 14-11-2015 and was approved, Someone called me back however put the phone down I've been calling your call centre and yet noone calls me back finaly got through to the correct dept today and their systems are down? and the Attitude of the agents seriously? where do you find these peopleand how are they employed by your company? first transfering me through to the wrong dept than transefring me to rude agents? Utterly dissapointed in the service, and 5 days are almost over guess you guys don't want a new client?
