ACCOUNTS DUPLICATED ON CREDIT BUREAU

Good day, <br> I have Access to my Credit Reports, <br> there is 2 duplications on XDS Credit Bureau and 3 duplications on Trans Union<br> I called Standard bank to find out why there is duplications, <br> the lady at the call center advise she will fix the matter within 7 working days,<br> it has been a month, and nothing has been done about the duplications on the credit bureau,<br> which is affecting my credit score negatively.<br> can some one please assist with this matter.<br>
