Account not closed? what?

this is possibly the worst service ever, closed my account last year and today I receive a letter sating a owe money. How can I owe money to something that has been closed. this is probably the 4th time I am complaining regarding Standard Bank (Blue Bean) now my record is going to look bad because Standard Bank cant do their work correctly. pathetic..... it seems that I need to take this further..
