Disappointing Stay: Unclean Conditions and Unresolved Issues

Negative Experience: Our stay was extremely disappointing. The accommodation was unclean with sand in the beds and drinking glasses. The upstairs toilet leaked, and sewage water seeped in front of the refrigerator. Despite providing a security deposit, the refund is now being denied. The owner alleges we exceeded the occupancy limit for one night without providing evidence. The situation was so unbearable that we had to depart a day earlier than planned.
