Worst hotel I've dealt with!

I've wrote a review once before and I will nwo write again, it's been around, it's 3 weeks since I've issued my concern with BLUE WATERS HOTEL DURBAN, I still have not received my refund nor did they contact me to let me know what is going on! Whenever I call they tell me that the duty manager is not available and will get back to me, however no responses. Not to mention how time consuming as well as my airtime running out as I have to keep contacting them. Never will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible service!
