Worst hotel in Durban!

If anyone wants an enjoyable holiday in Durban then they should never book at the Blue waters hotel because bad service will surely spoil your whole holiday experience. Firstly, checking in took forever,it was raining we were cold and the receptionist seemed unsure of how checking in is done. We went up to our room both key cards given to us did not work,the room is next to laundry room door outside was open a very cold wind was sweeping through and we had to stand there and wait whilst my husband went back to reception to tell them the cards don't work! He came back with the cards but they still didn't work!! Luckily a cleaning lady came and opened the room with her own card. Inside the room looked very shabby and unclean, the curtains are worn and old you can't even see what color they used to be!! Throughout the night there was a lot of noise from the staff going in and out of the laundry room!! I have been to a lot of hotels some even cheaper than the Blue Waters but the service in this hotel is the worst! I called housekeeping to inform them our key cards still don't work and a very irritated voice told me they know and are working on that! But hours later our key cards still don't work!!!
