Worst experience ever!!

One of the most atrocious hotel stays I’ve ever experienced in my life! From rats running around to broken telephones and dirty floors ! I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Staff are *********** and unfriendly, mistakes are made and you are looked at as though it’s your fault that the incorrect room reservations are made. The parking is pathetic and nobody knows what’s going on you’ve got to constantly go to reception to fix it as though you haven’t paid the ridiculous fee of R95.00 per night! I spent a total of R475.00 on the most useless excuse for safer parking! As for the floors in the hall ways, filthy is an understatement! The 10th floors reeks of dampness due to the carpets by the pool! My hotel room was never cleaned on 2 occasions, floors were dirty no clean towels provided or toilet paper! Get to the buffet downstairs and the guy won’t seat us because they closing in half an hour as though I was going to insist on paying half price or something! Sent my clothes to the laundry only for them to misplace my items and make several trips to find my lost clothing! Coffee cups were never cleaned nor replaced which I guess would work hand in hand with the fact that items don’t get replenished daily. There is probably so much more I can fault however I’ll stop and advise you to STAY AWAY, you’d been making the biggest mistake of your life staying here! Honestly this has been the worst experience of my life, I will never again stay nor recommend the Blue water hotel to anyone. A stay at this hotel is more like punishment.
