Unpleasant & Disgusting is an understatement

You have to use your own Netflix account to be able to access the TV. The towels were dirty upon check-in, which was disgusting. The curtains were absolutely appalling even took pictures. The breakfast had very limited options which weren't as nice, we had waffles the entire time. Our linen wasn't changed for our entire stay, had stains underneath. I honestly wouldn't recommend staying there, my experience wasn't pleasant at all. We found a nail on the floor. I was told to pay a deposit for the hotel iron and go downstairs to get it at the reception, room service the meat was rotten I am honestly appalled and disgusted at that service. Personally I am never going back there.
