Unfortunately stable room

Stayed at the hotel on the 23 & 24 January 2016... no phone lines , was told to use my cell phone to call reception. Air con was out off order. Only got repaired the night before departure. Came back on the 29 & 30 of Jan 2016. The doors were falling apart. Room was not cleaned properly. No replacement of dirty glass ware and floors were not cleaned even after I requested it to be cleaned. Disgraceful....
