terrible service

I checked in at for my honeymoon at blue waters I enjoyed four nights with my wife and the 5th night I had some guests for a few hours which become a major argument with the duty manager name Krish...I felt like we were forced out of the hotel and not refunded...upon seeking another near by hotel we were almost hijacked and my brother beaten up very badly...I'd advise everything single one of you who thought of booking at blue waters to change your mind as your life could also be at risk.its an absolute joke that I decided to bring my new wife to an establishment such as blue waters.if possible I would like to speak to the general manager of this hotel to let him know of the manner of his staff members.
