Sad for a beautiful hotel

Restaurant Service is fantastic, hotel staff staff fantastic. Pity the hotel part is not up to scratch. Checking in takes a long time, too much paperwork for reception. Have to pay for parking which is expensive. They do maintenance and drilling and sanding at 7am. Bedding is useless and uncomfortable. No water in the rooms. For a 4 and half star hotel this is not acceptable.
