******* in the Hotel Room

We where ****** of our belongings( Cellphones and Wallets) in our room 6am, by someone who had card key to our Hotel Room. First they tell me that there is no record of our door being opened at that time, then they say there is no one on the CCTV footage going into our room and then they refuse to let me see the footage.<br> After i threatened with the lawyer they allowed me to watch and there it was in color the person who was in our room. all they said was WOW. i asked for Security Terms and Conditions and they could not give me.<br> <br> at 10am when i was leaving the Hotel they had not even convened a meeting with their security personnel, because i was harassed by them refusing to open the gate to where my car was packed without a Tag, which was ****** in the Hotel in My room . That said to me this is not the first time this happens cause non of them seemed surprised by this. this is a **** by management or the Hotel does not care about safety since there is nothing the guest can do cause you already paid them for your stay<br> <br> I would not Recommend The Blue Water Hotel to anyone this festive.
