Reservation Staff Scaring Guest`s Off!

To the managers of Blue Waters Hotel please do not let your staff become too comfortable they will chase potential guest`s away and give your brand a bad name. I called your hotel to confirm my reservations and Belinda Khumalo who has no hospitality at all made me feel like I was bothering her in free time with my query. She was so irritated! She made me feel stupid. I know this is not how you want your clients to feel. I`m afraid to confirm my stay at your hotel now. I`d rather go to you competition and pay more money.
