Refuse to give me refund

I booked for 2 nights from Agoda. I cancelled the booking within cancellation policy. The money as per my bank statement was taken by Bluewatershotel directly.

Despite several attempts to get my money, I’ve been given the run around. I spoke with Agoda who in writing confirmed the monies were with the hotel. The hotel has not responded to my communication. It’s been almost 90 days of trying to get my money R2300+.
