Poor service for refund

Absolutely disgusted at my refund still outstanding from 13.01.23. Will now post on hellopeter and all social media's. Booking done through booking.com with free cancellation but obviously a mission to refund even though all documentation have been completed as requested. Promises from booking.com to dort out but that meant nothing.
