Poor service

I have checked in on the 5th of November, had super that night and I didn't get my receipt, in the morning on 6th l I went to check and was told that I need to check with the night shift guys. I then left my contacts that's email so they can scan an send it through. Even today I haven't received my receipt I have make several calls but still no luck
