Not true to Refund

I am Extremely dissatisfied with their service and lack of response. I cancelled our booking well within the required refund period (March 2021). It is now October and we still have not received any refund or any correspondance regarding this, despite sending emails, making phone calls copious times with this Hotel. Every time we are put on hold or told the manager would will get back to us. I will never book at this Hotel again as they are not true to what they say.
