No parking and no refund!!!

If you value your peace of mind and safety of your vehicle do not go to this place. We made a booking based on the pictures we saw and understanding that parking is first come first serve, we arrived 5minutes after check in which and we were told parking is full, we were then told we can book for parking for the other days but this option was not available before. We ended up having to look for another hotel as we felt our vehicle was unsafe. We tried to get a refund which we were not given, instead we were told they don't know how "booking.com works" which is strange considering it is their chosen service provider. No transparency and non disclosure are my biggest issues here!!!!!!!!!! You actually deserve zero on star rating not even one
