NO Guide Dogs(pet) as they put it

I have a big problem with this hotel, i wanted to go stay there for 7 days 6 nights. I was told very nice place to stay. I phoned and enquer about prices and disabled rooms available, and told them i had a Guide Dog(Service Dog) that is trained by Guide Dogs South Africa, the lady said no Pets allowed, i told her its not a pet it is a Guide Dog, she said hold on, then found out from manger and said no Pets allowed, i again said it is not a pet its a Guide Dog!!! No still no sir was her replay. So i am discriminated agains not just becouse i am disabled but becouse i have a Guide Dog i am also even more discriminated agains. So my money is not as good as another person's, let me tell you my dog is cleaner than most of our customers, but still i am told no!!!
