never go to this hotel

hi, the hotel is the worst, i gave 1 star since the internet wants some form of star. but according to me they dont deserve any. on arrival our room was dirty... and mind you its convid era. tge tables had marks and i also wanted tea and our cups wer dirty the kettle had rust inside. they came to do miner cleaning after complaining. even days we stayed in, it wasnt cleaned properly. they dont take covid 19 seriously. i told them before arrival that one of our guest we travelling with is allergic to gluten but they never made any means. their buffet in the evening is just expensive for nothing even got me going to the loo early in the morning. ironing R12/iterm and we are 4, lots to iron. i know most hotels just leave the iron and board on the corridor and you can do it yourself. the biggest bomb of it all is ive asked about checking out later seing our flight was in the afternoon. they said "twice" that i can check out at 4 but that i need to confirm in the morning...as i was, they tell me i cannot, but can check out at 12, if i wanted to check out later there will be extra charges. i mean why the heck would you say i can knowing you wanted to charge me extra? the vacation was great but our stay wasnt! dont believe adverts they put out there, bad luck i was the victim! i wont ever come to this hotel.
