Nasty attitude reception

The girls at the reception desk are not professional at all, have a monotonous attitude and not honest individuals. I was allocated a room, when I was about to go check in, they called me back and told me that room was given to someone else, they bombad you with information, they are not properly equipped with the skills of hospitality . They really have a nasty attitude for someone at a reception.
