Miserable, Disappointing Stay, Dropped The Ball

Absolutely disappointed with this venue. We always book here because of the views, the peaceful nature and comfort however my last stay last night left a bitter taste in my mouth. Firstly, the room above was constantly making noise, they were dragging the chairs, dropping things on the floor and walking so loudly it was such a nuisance. We complained twice around 10/1030pm, and we were offered to move however it was so late and we were so tired there was no point. Then the beds was actually the worst part. Two singles beds were pushed together, however one was high and firm, whilst the second was low and felt as if the springs gave up. It was such a terrible sleep, my back is sore and I'm miserable. Why pay so much to be left so disappointed? Blue Waters has lost the plot, they dropped the ball and they are not what it used to be. I will NEVER come here, nor will i recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. Even the cutlery is dirty at the restaurant. Funny thing is last year we were booked one floor below the conference room. THEY WERE DRAGGING CHAIRS THE WHOLE NIGHT AND COULDNT TELL US WHEN WE CHECKED IN
