Hotel from hell

On the 03 February 2019 was checking in into blue water hotel, was told the checking time was at 2 and our room will be ready at 14h00.

After 14h00 we were still told to wait because the room was still not ready advices by Mandisa

We requested the manager and Kevin Kruger came and notice the following: no customer ettiques and told us the checking was from 14h00 and still we couldn’t get a room. He was very arrogance and bullying is.

When we went to the room incident happen and the lamp holder felt down and hit my wife.

The service is very poor here.
