Horrible client relations, *********** management

I had booked a room at the hotel from Sunday, 19 December 2021, till Wednesday, 22 December 2021. I had a emergency to attend to back home, I then went to reception to checkout on Monday morning, 20 December 2021. The guy at reception gave me an early checkout form to complete, which I fully did, which indicated that a 10% fee would be a applicable for early checkout. I then proceeded to checkout and upon reaching home called the hotel and emailed them numerous ku enquiring about my refund for the early checkout. No response has been received on either platform and the hotel reception staff keep giving me the runaround. I am utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and crockery going on at that hotel. Please spare yourself the heartache and never book there.
