They lie about refundable accommodation!! i booked via agoda and was told my accommodation is refundable. With all the KZN floods, we cancelled our trip and i have been calling for the last 3 weeks and my details being taken down being told the Duty manager will call and still nothing!! they are ********** who lie about our accommodation bookings being refundable and are very quick to collect on one's credit card
