Flooding rooms and *******

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at Blue waters hotel . The rooms were flooding and over 32 other guests had to complain at reception before anything was done about the issue. To make matters worse, my room was also flooding and my package, which I had couriered a few days before, was given to a stranger. Despite CCTV footage showing the hotel's staff accompanying the *****, the hotel did nothing about it. It's incredibly disappointing that the hotel's management did not take the safety and security of their guests more seriously. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and would encourage others to look for alternative accommodation options where they can feel comfortable and secure
