False advertisment

<p>Booked into blue waters hotel from the 22nd to the 24th of march 2017. The main reason for me choosing this hotel over many others on the durban beach front was to make use of the indoor pool that was advertised on their website. When i called in to make a booking the operator neglected to tell me that the pool is not available for use. When we checked in, i still wasnt told that the pool was available for use. It was embaressing to walk into the infoor pool area dressed in our swimming gear only to walk into a room full of guests having lunch. It was only then that we were told that we will not be able to use the pool. I asked at reception why they hadnt told us about this. They said that the person taking the booking should have informed me. On departure from the hotel i asked to see the manager but was told that the manager was busy in a meeting. Up until today, i still havnt receieved a call from the manager with an explaination as to why they still advertise the indoor pool on their website when its not in use. Mpumalanga is a long way to drive from to be dissapointed and embaressed this way. This is false advertising. </p>
