EXPERIENCE OF NOTE IN THE FILTH

This is one hotel I would not recommend anybody to go to. Not only are they expensive, dirty and some of their staff is very rude. Expecially one Gerard, who carries on a conversation on the phone after we requested him to book the airbus for us to the airport. He actually laughted at our request to be picked up at 13h00 for a 15h20 flight. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Bathroom is shocking. Do they clean them. We were 2 guests in the room and only received 1 small shampoo, 1 small body wash and 1 small body lotion. The first night we arrived we waited 2 hours for towels, toilet paper. Although the other reception staff was friendly, the staff on the whole especially cleaning staff has disgusting attitudes. Every time we left our room and left the notice outside not to clean the room, on our return they had entered the room. When we left the hotel, we wheeled our bags out ourselves as well as taking it to the Airbus. They stood standing and talking outside and just ignored us. They never great and just stand there making a sickening noise. The amount of noise they make when cleanning is sick. Please clean up the hotel. It is filthy. The swimming area wow!
