Disgraceful, almost embarrassing service from Blue Waters Hotel

<p>It is so sad that a hotel which once offered great service has deteriorated to offering such Disgraceful, almost embarrassing service.</p> <p>The bad experience that we had was when we went down to the bar for some drinks at 22:00; knowing that the bar closes at 24:00. The bartender was happy to service beers; however when the ladies wanted to order ****tails; he became agitated because it required extra work on his part, asked us why we had come to the bar so late and **** to us that the bar closes at 23:00.</p> <p>When this was later reported to the hotel manager (Lindy); she informed me that the bartender that served us was in fact the bar manger. Lindy was very helpful, but from the tone of her voice she knew that nothing can be done about it because he was the manager of the bar. She did however promise to take it up with senior management and get back to me with the feedback; which I have still not received after two weeks. </p> <p>It`s really sad service. I hope that no one else is exposed to this type of treatment. </p>
