Disaster is an understatement.

The absolute worst hotel experience. The phone extensions all do not work, I had to call the hotel from my cellphone in order to get help, I was told I had to pay a deposit of R200 to use the hotel iron which would take 7-10 days to return back to me or otherwise go to the 4th floor to go iron there in the ironing room although I have no ironed clothes to wear! It is literally a joke.
