DISAPPOINTING

i went on holiday on the 5-8 of Sep 2019 at the blue waters hotel in durban...I was sure that Blue waters hotel was the best in Durban that's why we choose it but they proofed me so wrong. Blue waters hotel suppose to pay me back my breakfast pack that i paid for as it was the package deal. I called them i emailed them several times they just avoiding me. I have emailed the Duty Manager Kevin Kruger several times but he is ignoring me its this how Managers suppose to operate. Till this day i am still waiting on a response.
