Dirty bathroom

I had high expectations, came to dbn to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday. Wanted to give her the hotel expirience. Checking in was smooth. When I entered my room, I was greeted by dust all over the place,, as we viewed the room we found stains on the linen and the brown base of the bed. All surfaces we covered in dust and ring marks left by glasses. When I entered the bathroom, all the taps, hand held shower was covered in soap ****bag build up, the toilet has dust. The floor tile had soap ****bag, the mirror had white marks on it, as if someone was. Broshing their teeth and it dried up. The shower glass door was clean tho. I called. Reception twice within minutes Of checking in to kindly ask for someone to come clean, since I had seen housekeeping was on our floor doing the rounds... I went out for dinner under the impression that it will be taken care of, still no one came to clean the bathroom. I called again and went down stairs to ask for assistence... They ended up coming at 7pm,my kids were almost sleeping then, no time for bathtime.... Least to say I was disappointed 😔
