The food and sea views carry the hotel. Have stayed a few times. Huge COMPLIMENTS to NOZIPHO the Pizza Chef at Blue Dolphin and to the GERALD AND TEAM. Excellent value for money Breakfast and Dinner buffets. Compliments to most of the Hotel staff namely Watrons, Security and customer services. Great people that are service excellence orientated apart from One of the FRONT DESK staff who seems to be in the incorrect industry with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Her name badge was hidden. Probably new and untrained. They need to relook their Front desk with a separate online checking in.
