Catfishing hotel, terrible smell, unprofessional smell, *****ulent behaviour

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. The place doesn’t look like the pictures, they probably got that 4 star rating in the 1990s, the rooms smell damp and the bathrooms are disgusting, the staff are all *********** and ****s with terrible attitudes (the receptionist Nqobile should be fired) and to top it all off they refuse to give me back R600 which was overpaid for a single night stay (this was after their manager Sam **** to my face saying the refund would come through just to get me to leave the establishment). These people are ********s. Steer clear. They know that they’re only making money from refusing to give refunds after people check out early. The line to check out and receive refunds on Christmas morning was ridiculous. Also, their breakfast wasn’t cooked properly (sausage I bit into was still pink and the cheese in the omelette I ordered wasn’t even melted). The cherry on top is that these ********s wrote that we checked out early because we couldn’t afford the hotel stay on our booking and their stupid manager had the audacity to say that to my face as a reason for not giving the refund. We literally moved to a more expensive hotel suite. We booked that dump out of desperation because it was the best looking place near the hotel I actually wanted available for a very last minute trip. The delusion is next level.
