Cancellation of booking due to hurt leg and funera

Goo Day<br> <br> Please tell me how you worked the amount of R706.00 that I was paid today according to your policy you were to deduct 10% to my understanding that is R200 from R2000-00, please show me your calculations, secondly before you refunded me this amount should be given to me first because I think I could of gotten people to pay me the full deposit that I paid you, I sent you a mail and never bother to respond to me, after I get my calculations I will be reporting this to the ombudsman.<br> <br> Thank you for robbing me my hard earned money for nothing, when you fully know that this was the Durban July weekend and your hotel was fully booked and further more I would like to have the room number where I was supposed to have stayed to see if it was empty the whole weekend.<br> <br> Hope to hear back from as you didn't answer my previous mail.
