Blood stain

Am a regular guest at blue waters hotel on the 2nd of October I booked inn for 1 night i was from Johannesburg, they gave me a room I went to sleep I got in to the room i went to bed when I woke up I discovered that the linen had blood stains on it. I than called a duty manager no one picked up I than called the house keeping manager she came to the room I showed her she took the linen left with it promised to investigate and give me response she never came back to me no apology nothing even to say yes we received your complain nothing till this day on my checking out i saw a lady who is a duty manager I asked her if she did get my complain she said yes she did but according to her no one has been to the room meaning those stains are mine this is not acceptable till this day not a single call from Blue waters meaning they dont care or they check who is complaining. am truly not happy this time please assist
