BAD UNSAFE SPACE

This is so sad that they treat people like nothing. It was so bad until the last day. TV didn't work I complained, no complementary water no milk. Then we were sleeping and we had the guests from the room next door had access to our room they were able to come in through our door which is so unsafe and not right in the world we live in we cant afford to have our doors open.

how can they not check such important things that could put our lives in danger.

I also asked to have the plug checked as I asked for a bathtub to bath as special request was made upon booking. but it wasn't working I asked for them to check it nothing. they don't care what they do or say to the guests. Its like once they got your monies they don't bother after that.

We are human treat us better this is disgraceful
