Very bad service

The food is excellent although the service is terrible. We were seated and nobody came to assist us. A member of our table had to get up and call a waiter for assistance while they were chatting and on their phones. The waitress did not introduce herself and check on our table once we ordered and received our food. We had to once again get up and call for assistance for our bill. In my opinion, the service is negatively impacting this very nice restaurant as the view is amazing and the food is top quality. The service ruins the entire experience. As a side note: The restaurant was not busy with customers.
