Poor customer service

On 22 September 2025 15:28 I've bought a 10litre water bottle at Crazy Plastics Outeniqua Lifestyle centre.I am working at Clicks Pharmacy Pnp centre Loeriepark.I normally refill my water bottles at Blue Water Solutions,so that they I send my collegue to refill the new bottle I've just bought as my lunch was over.So the lady Petro who is working at Blue water solutions broke the new bottles handle and told my collegue with our next refill she would replace it. Yesterday I went to the shop to refill the bottle,I asked her if she can remember the bottles handle which she broked ...she confess and asked me if I can go to town she will give me R10 and tell me where the place is where I can get a handle because she don't have time ...I said to her no I can't as I must drove my petrol out and she was the one damaging my new bottle in their store.I left the bottle and went back to the pharmacy where I am working...later the afternoon around 13:45(7/10/25) she came in with a man,named Andre he is apparently the owner..she couldn't look in my eyes...this guy was so disrespectful,point at me ..did not even greet when he came in...saying he understand I have a problem...they won't replace the bottle as the water bottle according to him is cheap and they do break...I asked him did she told you at was new I have just bought it and she broke it...he then told me to never sat my feet in his store...I told him I will never support hom again...as those were the only words I could say because he did not give me a chance to speak.I am also working with customers for more than 16years and I have never spoke to someone with such a tone nor point at them,treat everyone with respect and giving the best customer service I can and take accountability and responsibility if I did something wrong.
