Carel Herbst sold me an air to water machine that he said had a coil that would be kept at dewpoint by an onboard computer and deliver 70 litres of water per day. He delivered me a dehumidifier that produced about 15 litres per day. After some discussion with his plumber (installer) I concluded that he had sold me the wrong machine and phoned him to rectify. He fetched his dehumidifier and, despite having promised to deliver the correct machine, has still delivered nothing to date. He has also failed to return my money to me as per my repeated requests to do so.

Carel Herbst is a ***** and he deserved to be in jail. Do not deal with him he will take your money and run.
