Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. I called for a breakdown and after confirming to supply strip and fit,I asked the guy will I be able to get hold of you tomorrow because when I did call a couple of times he didn't not answer, he was absolutely rude and after cutting the call he called back to ask where we was and threatened to us.
