Excellent service with a smile, highly recommend

This is a company which delivers quality work with a friendliness . I will recommend Blue Spot Water to any potential customers. I have engaged with the manager, Isak, Keanu and the Ryno. All of them are willing to walk the extra mile for their customers. Isak has a vast knowledge of water systems and gives professional advice. One evening Isak and Keanu came to assist me at 21:00 in the evening to fix a problem with my water system. I do not think that there are many a company that will go to that lengths to meet their customer’s needs.

During another engagement with them I had a problem with my pressure pump on my borehole, the pump kept switching on which was making my electricity bill very high. After discussions between Isak and Ryno on how to solve the problem, Ryno came out and put measures in place to resolve my problem . In oder to make sure that the pump will not be giving problems again he spent more than a hour monitoring the pump to make sure that everything is in order before he left my property. He always gives service with a smile. He is loyal to the company and it is of importance to him to deliver a high standard of work and making his customers happy. He is a hard worker and his installations is neat and well executed.
