Poor/Bad Service

Myself and my wife went to Durban using Intercape and everything was fine until we came back with Blue Sky at night. The aircon was on the whole night and the drivers told us that they will report it because it was working fine as we requested for a heater because it was cold. But that was a lie because those drivers brought huge blankets to show that they knew that the bus doesn't have a heater. Bot of us got sick when we get home because of the cold we endured the whole night. Had to spend money again to see a doctor. Sh*t service. NEVER AGAIN
