Horrible, ******** Intercity Driver with zero empathy and Zero customer service , Worst experience ever at Intercity Express bus.

******** driver a with no name tag that did bother to introduce himself, he is tall slim with Zimbabwean accent, we took a 13:30 intercity bus from Bellville to Johannesburg. Now in the bus there’s a bunch of grown up women who are talking so loud, laughing so loud unnecessarily loud like this is a shebeen, upon politely asking this particular driver to address and take action he just sit still and he did nothing and he is not even the One driving. While the noise continued to disturb the rest us. I am so disappointed Intercity is my 1st choice when it comes to buses. This driver has dismissed us, and we just found outb that these women are Zimbabwean same as the driver. So because we are not Zimbabwean we are not respected by Intercity!!! So sad as I am sure of today you have lost so many customers due to this ill dehumanising behaviour. I have contacted Intercity customer care via WhatsApp to no avail. Ayanda ( the tick tick) is the precious Gem of Intercity, this wouldn’t have happened if he was the driver, May God bless Ayanda in fact both Ayanda’s
