Bus failed to stop at BP Garage Idutywa :

I booked this bus and departure time was 02h50 on the 16th October 2023. I arrived at departure point at 02h15am, weather raining anf freezing cold. No shelter place. The bus didn't stop at BP Garage Idutywa. I called the computicket office at 05h20 and I was told that the bus passed Idutywa at 03h04. I request the company to put me in the next bus bcs now I m left stranded by their irresponsible drivers. My ticket number is B6TXYZOX.
