Great customer service

I recently bought a packet of wraps ( 8 large) but was not entirely satisfied, the wraps all sticked together I had to throw all away BUT I did send them an email and they rep**** within an hour, and they are sending me new wraps, couriered to my door, without me even sending the old packet etc. Now that is what is call good customer service! I also suggested they put a wax paper beneath all the wraps for them not to stick. I am really impressed with their service and will definitely be buying more products from them.
