Unhappy client

I have noticed that blue Security give certain clients special treatment yet we all of residential clients pay the same amount every month or more then others I see blue Security gives alot of attention to an area in Chatsworth known as crossmoor and basically we all pay the same amount Furthermore i have taken this up with one of the managers but nothing done to rectify the issue Also blue Security is also on a few whatsapp groups and when i approached to except an invitation to join i was told no So blue
