Poor Service Delivery - Blu Security

Service has been below satisfactory over the past few months. The response time is so poor , it can take them over an hour to call you . Messages at the callcentre never reaches the manager in charge.

Excuse is always of influx of calls , absolutely ridiculous compared to other service providers in my area , I hope i will get a my concerns addressed asap.
