Blue Security admin office non functional

Blue Security is in SHAMBLES and heaven knows how they conduct business with the outside world. I'm sick and tired calling after them to fix the same old admin mistake. The admin department is non functional and a real pain in the hind. Totally pointless writing here as I see there are many complaining about the same problem.
